The U.S. Airforce set out to Improve Safety, Quality, Deliverables, Cost and Morale through the deployment of a Lean Enterprise Transformation.  DoConnect Systems has had the privilege to assist the Air Mobility Command, 60th CONS at Travis Airforce Base specifically:

  • Improve workplace organization & visuals to promote safe and more efficient workflows
  • Promote better utilization of workforce expertise and train front line staff to become self sufficient in deploying Lean methodologies
