Amy Hamilton, Principal

As a Principal at International Trade Strategies, Amy brings 20 years of global trade experience including Cisco Systems in the Global Customs and Worldwide Logistics departments. Her expertise encompasses trade strategy and operations, logistics, import/export compliance, trade policy, and customs supply chain security. Prior to Cisco Systems, Amy held positions at customs brokers, freight forwarders, and consulting companies. She is a licensed US customs broker with a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MA in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from The George Washington University.

Barry O’Neill, Principal

Barry O’Neill has 15 years High Tech Logistics experience between his roles at Cisco Systems, Inc. and Applied Materials. In the high tech arena Barry’s background covers Global Transportation Operations Management, Logistics Optimization, Partner Management, Logistics Finance, and Freight Payment & Audit. Prior to coming to Silicon Valley, Barry worked in the Consumer Products industry for The Clorox Company in numerous roles such as Internal Audit, Plant Accounting, Quality Control, and as Distribution manager. Barry has a BS Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of California, Davis.
